....or rather the Professor/Educator I never had. The first time I read Tuesdays with Morrie, I was 19-ish. He had such a profound impact on my view of life and death. A couple of years later when I decided to study medicine, it was Morrie's wisdom that I took with me. Over the years, I've found myself returning to Morrie's 'classroom'. It is old, familiar, warm, worn and yet it is new. New because with age comes a deeper understanding of the conversation with Morrie. I'm grateful to Mitch Albom for sharing a little of their relationship and Morrie's wisdom. And yes as I come to end the of this book I'm struggling to stem the flow of my tears. Until next time Morrie. Favourite quotes/moments with Morrie Love wins. Love always wins Accept the past as the past, without denying or discarding it Learn to forgive yourself and to forgive others Dying is not synonymous with 'useless' Live !!!
